# Статус канала Destroyed/деактивирован

Данная ошибка отображается, когда канал отключен.

1. Перейти слева в меню в amoMarket.
2. Слева сверху перейти в «Установленные».
3. Найти наш виджет «Telegram от LeadSender», кликнуть по нему.&#x20;
4. Смотрим статус канала, если отключен, кликаем на статус «отключили», всплывает окошечко и рядом с номером канала появляется синий переключатель.
5. Его надо сначала выключить, и обратно включить и через несколько секунд появится ссылка на QR код.&#x20;
